Cloud Senior Architect

Responsibilities

As a Cloud Architect, you will lead project-based teams while serving in a client‑facing role. You will act as the primary architect and technical lead on projects to scope and estimate work streams, architect and model technical solutions to meet business requirements, and serve as a technical expert in client communications.

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience delivering cloud enterprise solutions across multiple domains in industry or technology consulting.
• Experience leading teams that develop complex, high‑volume, mission critical enterprise solutions.
• Deep understanding of cloud solution architecture in one or more major cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Technical knowledge in many of these areas:

• AWS:
  Lambda, Aurora, EC2, Fargate, S3, etc.
• Azure:
  Functions, Queue Storage, Cosmos
  
  DB, App Services, etc.
• GCP:
  Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Functions, etc.

• Terraform, Cloud Formation, Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, etc.

• AWS:
  Cognito, IAM, Guard Duty, Security Hub, etc.
• Azure: AD, Advanced Threat Protection, etc.
• GCP:
  Chronicle, Virus Total, Cloud Monitoring, etc.

• Cloud Health, Cloudability, Billing.

• AWS: DMS, Snow Cone/ball/mobile, etc.
• Azure:
  Database Migration Services, etc.
• GCP:
  Migrate for Anthos and GKE, Ramp, Data Transfer Services.

• AWS:
  Bedrock.
• Azure: AI Foundry.
• GCP:
  Vertex AI.

• AWS:
  Clean Rooms, Athena, Glue, Quicksight, Redshift, etc.
• Azure:
  Databricks, Blob Storage, Data Lake Analytics, etc.
• GCP:
  Big Query, Looker, Cloud Storage, etc.

• AWS:
  Amazon Marketing Cloud, Amazon Ads.
• Azure:
  Azure Synapse Analytics.

• Passion for technology and staying up to date on the latest application and cloud development trends.
• Accomplished at mentoring, leading, and developing others.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to engage with customers about their business and technology.
• Ability to handle complex organizational dynamics to deliver client satisfaction solutions.

For individuals hired to work in Colorado, Credera is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and includes the range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; etc. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would be near the top end of the compensation range, but that decision will be dependent on the facts associated with each specific individual’s relevant experience for the role.

Denver Pay Range

$160,000 — $200,000 USD

For our consulting roles, our goal is to minimize travel, and most projects do not require extensive travel. While some projects may involve up to 80% travel for a period, the annual average for team members is typically 10%–30%. We take a personal approach to travel by considering your submitted preferences when assigning roles.
