Information Systems Operations Specialist
Position: Information Systems Support Specialist
Location: SSC Colorado Facilities; primary location Denver office; occasional travel to Colorado Springs and Broomfield required
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm MST
Compensation: $24 - $28 per hour + full-time benefits

First point of contact for staff and clients, resolving computer and system issues. - Solve Problems Creatively

Troubleshoot technical challenges and assess hardware/software configurations. - Empower Our Team

Educate staff on tech procedures, fostering self-sufficiency. - Keep Us Organized

Manage inventory, track system updates, and maintain documentation. - Stay Agile

Juggle multiple support requests, deploy new laptops, travel between locations as needed.
- A strong background in IT support (CompTIA A+ certification required)
- Problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- A customer‑service mindset and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑tech team members.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, system updates, and inventory.
- Flexibility to travel between Colorado‑area locations.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
