Adjunct Instructor Information Technology

Purpose/Summary

Community College of Denver is seeking individuals with demonstrated commitment to creating an inclusive learning and work environment. CCD values the ability to work effectively with students, families, faculty, instructors and staff of diverse backgrounds. This position is responsible for the instruction of Computer Science, Computer Networking, and Computer Information System classes, including preparation for classes and the creation and management of course content.

The Adjunct Instructor for Computer Technologies will teach assigned classes. Class days and times are dependent on schedule, budget, and enrollment.

• Education
  :
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields, with at least 2,000 hours of verified occupational experience in the field within the last 7 years; or an associate degree in information technology or related fields with at least 4,000 hours of verified occupational experience in the last 7 years.
• Experience
  : 2,000 hours of verified occupational experience in the field within the last 7 years; or related fields with at least 4,000 hours of verified occupational experience in the last 7 years.
