Job Summary
Seeking a Service Desk Technician III with 2+ years of technical support experience to provide tier III technical support for customers, manage user accounts and permissions, and assist in implementing best practices within the IT systems and support structure.
Requirements- High School Diploma required.
- Two (2) plus years of technical support experience
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification preferred
- Certifications a plus (A+, Net+, and Microsoft MTA/MCSA)
- HDI Problem management certifications a plus.
- Service Now experience working within the ITIL Framework with formal Service Management to include but not limited to Incident, Problem, Change and Service Catalog.
