KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

* Lead discussions with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements focused on the Strategic Portfolio Management Suite of tools in Service Now

* Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Service Now solutions for our clients

* Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a client's business requirements and fulfill user stories

* Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements

* Facilitate and participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training

Qualifications:

* A minimum of five years of experience using Service Now and SPM products to develop client or business requirements to meet the customer's functional needs

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

* Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment

* Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies

* Existing Service Now certifications as a Service Now Business Analyst, CSA, or micro certifications in SPM or related modules

* Certification as scrum master, PMP, Agile practitioner is a plus

* Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements

* Applicant must possess a U.S. Government Secret clearance
