Dispatcher/Service Admin & Support
As a Service Dispatcher at Mile High Acura, you will be the "engine room" of our service department. Your primary mission is to support the Service Manager by ensuring a smooth, efficient workflow from the moment a vehicle enters the service drive to the final RO (Repair Order) closure. You will act as the vital link between our technicians and service advisors, balancing technical dispatching with premium guest support.
Key Responsibilities- Workflow & Dispatching: Efficiently assign and dispatch repair orders to technicians based on skill level and promise times to maximize shop productivity.
- RO Management (CDK): Oversee the lifecycle of repair orders using CDK and my Kaarma
, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant with warranty standards, and properly closed out. - Service Drive Support: Assist Service Advisors during peak times by greeting Acura guests, performing initial vehicle walk-arounds, and helping manage the flow of the service lane.
- Internal Communication: Keep Service Advisors updated on job status and completion times so they can provide transparent communication to our guests.
- Quality Control: Review completed repair orders for accuracy and ensure that all technician "cause and correction" notes meet Acura brand standards.
- Experience: Previous experience in an automotive service department is required; background as a dispatcher is highly preferred.

Proficiency in CDK DMS and my Kaarma is essential for this role. - Brand Alignment: A commitment to delivering the "Precision Crafted Performance" experience that Acura owners expect along with a professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Communication: Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment while communicating clearly with both technical staff and customers.
