Data Analyst, Data Science Manager

Job SummaryAs a Data Analyst, you will be embedded in a fast-moving, technically rigorous environment where your SQL skills and analytical thinking will directly influence product decisions across our clients internet and wifi infrastructure. The team provides telemetry insights, success metrics, and data-driven conclusions that engineering, product, and marketing teams depend on daily.
Responsibilities- Participate in daily code reviews with your team -- both presenting your own work and providing feedback on others' code
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to understand telemetry data and translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Build and deliver data visualizations and analytical summaries to product, marketing, engineering, and business intelligence stakeholders
- Take ad hoc analyses through the full lifecycle: from initial stakeholder intake, through development and visualization, to product and in partnership with the ETL team
- Work within our client's AWS environment to prep and validate production-ready code for automated data pipelines
- Attend standups and team syncs, contributing updates, flagging blockers, and staying engaged in the collaborative rhythm
- 3+ years of Data Analyst experience
- Strong, hands‑on SQL experience with the ability to write complex queries and work through production-level code reviews
- Experience with at least one BI or data visualization tool (Tableau preferred; Looker, Google Data Studio, Power BI, or similar also considered)
- Familiarity with cloud or big data environments (AWS experience is a plus)
- Ability to translate vague business questions into structured, stakeholder-ready data deliverables
- Strong verbal and written communication skills -- especially when presenting findings to non‑technical audiences
- Comfort working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where priorities can shift and ambiguity is common
