Department: Revenue Operations

Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 / year

Description

Kharon is seeking a full‑time Revenue Operations Manager based in Denver. This role requires you to be in office at least 3 days a week.

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Revenue Operations Manager to be the backbone of our marketing technology stack, marketing data integrity, and campaign execution processes. Reporting into the Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) team during a critical, transformative year to build the foundation for our next phase of hyper‑growth, while acting as a strategic partner to Marketing leadership. In this role, you will own the systems and operational processes that allow us to scale efficiently, turning marketing activity into measurable, predictable revenue during a pivotal year of growth.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary admin for Hub Spot Enterprise and the broader marketing stack; manage all integrations and data enrichment tools.
  • Lead the bi‑directional sync between Hub Spot and Salesforce to ensure seamless data flow and reliability for GTM teams.
  • Redesign and optimize the Lead‑to‑Opportunity (L2O) lifecycle, including sophisticated lead scoring, grading, and automated routing logic.
  • Act as “Process Architect” by establishing SOPs and scalable documentation for campaign execution, lead flow, and Mar Tech usage.
  • Lead major initiatives to retire legacy automation, standardize data lists, and enforce global “rules of the road” for data quality.
  • Manage global privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), opt‑in/out logic, and overall email deliverability.
  • Own the operational health and cleanliness of the Hub Spot database; proactively audit, cleanse, and enrich data to optimize targeting.
  • Design and maintain executive‑level dashboards tracking MQL velocity, funnel conversion, and campaign ROI.
  • Own revenue attribution modeling and provide data‑driven insights to support budget planning and CAC forecasting.
  • Partner with Rev Ops and Deal Desk to ensure marketing operations align with broader company GTM strategy and pipeline velocity.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a dedicated B2B SaaS Marketing Ops role, ideally within a high‑growth environment.
  • Hub Spot Expert:
Advanced, Enterprise‑level administrative expertise. Certifications are required; you must be a power user of workflows, custom objects, and complex lead scoring.
  • Salesforce Integration:
Strong working knowledge of SFDC (Admin‑level preferred), specifically managing the bi‑directional sync with Hub Spot, campaign management, and reporting.
  • Business Architect:
Proven ability to translate high‑level business goals (e.g., MQL‑to‑Opp conversion) into technical execution plans.
  • Data Storyteller:
Expert‑level analytical skills with a focus on multi‑touch attribution modeling, funnel velocity, and GTM metrics (CAC/ROI).
  • AI Proficiency:
Working knowledge of AI‑driven operations (e.g., Jasper, Writer, or Hub Spot AI) to automate content workflows, lead enrichment, and predictive modeling. Familiarity with prompt engineering for data analysis is highly preferred.
  • Privacy & Governance:
Deep understanding of global data privacy (GDPR, CCPA) and email deliverability best practices.
  • The “Bonus” Stack:
Experience with ABM platforms (6sense/Demandbase), data enrichment tools, and data analytics platforms (Databricks) is a major plus.
Benefits
  • Fully sponsored medical, dental, and vision insurances
  • FSA program for both medical and dependent care
  • Long term disability
  • 401k + Roth with matching and immediate vesting
  • Flexible paid time off + 11 paid holidays

The base salary range at Kharon is set between $110,000-$130,000. Please note that this figure does not necessarily include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or equity that may be part of the overall compensation package.
