OUR MISSION
True Anomaly delivers decisive capabilities for space superiority. We build autonomous spacecraft, advanced payloads, mission software, and space-based interceptors - enabling the U.S. and its Allies to secure the space environment and counter threats from the ultimate high ground.
OUR VALUES
- Be the offset. We create asymmetric advantages with creativity and ingenuity.
- What would it take? We challenge assumptions to deliver ambitious results.
- It's the people. Our team is our competitive advantage and we are better together.
True Anomaly protects and defends the space domain, because our way of life depends on it. As a Technical Recruiter, you'll have a direct hand in building the teams that make this possible. You will help shape a high-growth, high-impact organization by hiring the people engineering the future of space security.
We deliver space superiority so the U.S. can operate freely in orbit, blending hardware and software in a way few companies can. In this role, you will partner with technical leaders, support the full recruiting lifecycle, and contribute to processes that scale. Space is the new high ground, we're here to keep it secure, and you'll be building the team that gets us there.
This role is located in our Centennial, CO office.

- Receptive to feedback and coaching; brings solution ideas when identifying gaps or process challenges.
