SUMMARY

The CRE industry's largest firms are investing heavily in dedicated asset data and intelligence teams to meet growing client demand for high-confidence, analytics-ready deliverables. Partner is building the same capability in-house. The Asset Intelligence Analyst is a desk-based, early-career role designed for a technically minded professional who thrives on data, not travel. You will sit at the critical intersection between our field assessment teams and our enterprise clients, transforming raw asset data into clean, validated, audit-ready datasets that power capital planning, CMMS integration, and portfolio-level decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ingest and evaluate the quality of asset data sets received from Clients to identify gaps in preparation for transfer into the client-specified format/platform.
  • Ingest, QA/QC, and normalize asset data collected from field inspections across large multi-site portfolios (500-1,500+ properties).
  • Perform data validation, cross-referencing, and enrichment - including Uniformat/Omni Class classification mapping, useful life alignment, and cost benchmarking (RS Means, Cost Lab).
  • Develop and maintain repeatable data cleaning workflows via Ai Agent development using Excel, Python, or similar tools to ensure consistency and scalability across programs.
  • Collaborate with field engineers and project managers to resolve data gaps, flag anomalies, and ensure completeness prior to client delivery.
  • Support integration of asset datasets into client CMMS/IWMS platforms (e.g., Akita Box, Archibus, Maximo) by aligning data schemas and taxonomies.
  • Generate portfolio-level analytics, summary dashboards, and data completeness reports for internal review and client consumption.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Partner's asset data standards, templates, and QA protocols.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facility Management, Data Analytics, or related technical discipline.
  • 0-3 years of experience; internship or coursework in building systems, asset management, or data analysis is a strong plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, conditional formatting);
    Python or SQL experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building envelope) and/or industry standards (ASTM E2018, Uniformat II, Omni Class).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple datasets simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting data findings to project teams and clients.
Why Partner?
  • Minimal travel required - contribute to nationally significant programs from your desk.
  • Work alongside industry veterans on high-profile portfolios for institutional clients (healthcare systems, government agencies, REITs).
  • Career growth path into Senior Analyst, Data Lead, or Technical Project Management roles.
  • Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k), and a culture recognized as one of Zweig's Best Firms to Work For.
