Responsibilities & Qualifications- 8-10 years experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise‑scale platform implementations
- Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish trustful relationships
- End‑to‑end Workday HCM implementation experience including Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Advance Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management and US Payroll
- Prior management consulting experience in HR transformation
- Prior experience implementing Workday with a Professional Services Firm
- Institutional strategic planning;
Project financial management; client executive relationship management and multiple cradle‑to‑grave implementation experience - Workday project experience with commercial clients (Banking, Retail, Technology or non‑profit) preferred
- Ability to establish credibility with senior‑level, financially literate client executives based on expertise, maturity and professionalism
- Proven thought leadership indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications
- Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration
- Ability to train and develop Huron staff in project‑management and technical dimensions
- Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50% when requested by the client
The estimated base salary range for this job is $175,000 - $225,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $210,000 - $303,750. The job is also eligible to participate in the company’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
