The Salesforce Platform Developer Sr. is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable applications within the Salesforce ecosystem to support business operations, digital engagement, and user experience initiatives across the organization. This role develops and enhances custom applications, automations, and workflows using Salesforce platform tools, including Flow, Lightning components, and declarative technologies.

Responsibilities include building and supporting secure, user-friendly portals within Salesforce Experience Cloud, partnering with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions, and ensuring applications are optimized for performance, usability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

• Support the ongoing administration, enhancement, and optimization of Salesforce applications and user experiences across departments.
• Troubleshoot issues, improve system efficiency, maintain automation processes, and support platform adoption.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, maintain data integrity, and support releases and testing.
• Collaborate with marketing, digital experience, analytics, operations, and clinical stakeholders to design modern Salesforce capabilities.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including application development, platform configuration, and automation support.
• Hands-on experience with Flow, Lightning Experience, custom objects, page layouts, permissions, and declarative tools.
• Experience building or supporting portals using Salesforce Experience Cloud is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce security models, profiles, permission sets, and user administration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or enterprise environments is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Developer, or Solutions) are preferred.
