This is an in‑office, performance‑based program designed for those who have recently completed a bachelor’s degree or are looking to start their professional journey. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, but have a strong preference for those with a non‑technical area of study. You must be based in the Denver area, or able to relocate to Denver, and will be in office 4 days per week.
You are a curious, collaborative, and adaptable early‑career professional with a passion for leveraging artificial intelligence to improve real‑world workflows. You thrive in ambiguity, quickly learn new systems, and actively seek out opportunities to make work more efficient and impactful. You have the gift of taking a complex idea and explaining it simply to a stakeholder. We want you to think, challenge the status quo and ensure your voice is heard.
You’ll join a peer cohort to build community and accelerate learning. You begin by getting to know the business—how it operates, what drives it forward, and where teams need the most support. You will engage in structured growth and learning opportunities, including across teams, project showcases, and AI workshops. From there, you apply your understanding to uncover opportunities, set goals, roadmap ideas, and partner with stakeholders to bring solutions to life.

- Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify inefficiencies and pain points in workflows
- Research and test AI tools and automation techniques to solve business problems
- Think critically about team challenges and propose creative solutions
- Embed with existing teams focused on building AI and automation solutions, and support the planning and execution of mini‑projects with guidance from mentors
- Document findings and present AI‑enabled prototypes and workflows to stakeholders
- Collaborate with peer group to share learnings and iterate on solutions
- Translate team‑specific challenges into problem statements solvable with AI and automation
- Measure and evaluate the impact of AI solutions implemented
- Learn and leverage tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, n8n, Zapier, Python) to build automations or efficiencies
- Seek feedback and continuously improve based on user testing and team collaboration
- Participate in learning sessions, demos, and team rituals to build knowledge and relationships
- Bachelor’s degree (strong preference for non‑technical majors) or equivalent work experience required
- Familiarity with one or more generative AI platforms and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, n8n, Zapier, Python)
- Background in AI is not a prerequisite; we value your ability to solve complex problems and desire to learn modern tooling on the job
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly, collaborate in team settings, and roadmap solutions to problems
