Key Responsibilities :
Manage video operations (authentication, onboarding, VOD, DVR, entitlements, channel lineup, caching, metadata) Monitor service health, alerts, dashboards for performance & availability Support production deployments, releases, and post-deployment validation Troubleshoot complex production issues (video delivery, middleware, customer access) Validate data flows across customer systems, middleware, and video platforms Deploy and support backend services on AWS & containers Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure issue resolution Conduct capacity planning & scalability assessments Key Requirements and Technology
