- You bring 5+ years of industry experience leading end-to-end UX research projects, demonstrating a strong balance of both quantitative rigor and qualitative depth, with at least 1-2 years spent in a leadership capacity.

- You have exceptional data visualization and report creation skills. You love working with data and transforming it into compelling, easy-to-digest executive narratives for a variety of audiences and roles.
- You don’t just report the numbers; you see the "so what." You have a proven ability to connect complex data and qualitative findings directly to key product team needs, translating research into actionable product direction and strategic recommendations.
- You possess a strong working knowledge of UX and interface design principles to effectively collaborate with product and design teams.
- You are highly organized and comfortable navigating the fast-paced, context-switching reality of agency life. Prior agency experience is a plus.
- You find joy in mentoring junior researchers and helping them level up their interviewing and synthesis skills.
- You have prior experience with unmoderated research platforms (e.g., MUiQ, User Testing, User Zoom, Dscout, etc.).
- A Masters or PhD in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Statistics, or a related field is highly preferred.
