Internal Tech Support & Systems Advocate

Softek is seeking a detail-oriented and technically adept individual to join their Technical Support team full-time in Denver, Colorado. This role will involve acting as the first point of contact for all technical inquiries, responding to support requests, and collaborating with developers to communicate recurring issues. Candidates should have strong communication skills, experience in user documentation, and a familiarity with internal software systems.

A Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field is preferred, with knowledge of finance a plus.
