As a Senior Consultant on the Insurance Solutions team, you will be responsible for:

• Leading requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to define business processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements for Unqork‑based solutions
• Analyzing insurance business processes and identifying opportunities to improve workflow, data capture, straight‑through processing, and user experience through industry solutions
• Partnering with product owners, solution architects, developers, testers, and client teams to translate functional requirements into Unqork configurations, process designs, and delivery plans
• Supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and user acceptance activities; track requirements through delivery and help resolve functional issues
• Developing process flows, business rules, data requirements, and documentation to support implementation, training, change management, and release readiness

Required

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements for technology implementations
• 4+ years of experience supporting requirements, process design, user stories, and acceptance criteria for solutions built on the Unqork platform
• 2+ years of experience supporting Agile delivery teams through backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and user acceptance testing
• 1+ implementation in Insurance or Financial Services involving policy, claims, billing, underwriting, servicing, or distribution processes
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred

• Advanced degree
• 4+ years of experience supporting end-to-end implementations from discovery through deployment
• 2+ years of experience working with insurance business processes, including policy administration, claims, billing, underwriting, or distribution
• 1+ Unqork implementation involving requirements traceability, configuration support, and user acceptance testing
• 1+ project involving application programming interface integrations and data mapping between business and technical teams
• Unqork certification
