The
** Senior Manager, Salesforce Engineering
** is a senior technical and people leader within the
** Business Operations
** organization. This role is responsible for the strategy, architecture, delivery, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce and related enterprise platforms that support core business functions across Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success.
** Key Responsibilities
** Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions while managing trade-offs and competing priorities. Lead platform optimization initiatives to reduce technical debt, expand automation, and improve end-user experience and productivity.
** Qualifications
* * 8+ years of experience in Salesforce engineering or development, with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and platform architecture.
3+ years of experience managing engineers, including senior developers or technical leads. Demonstrated experience supporting Salesforce at scale in a SaaS or enterprise environment. Proven ability to operate in a private equity–backed or high-growth organization.

Strong ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership. Experience in legal technology, professional services, or B2B SaaS environments. Hands-on experience with CPQ, complex automation, or enterprise-grade integrations. Familiarity with agile development practices and modern Dev Ops methodologies. Experience defining and operating Salesforce governance models in compliance-sensitive environments.

** Pay Transparency for Colorado Applicants
** The base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications.
