** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
** Linux admin
** to work with our dynamic team of IT professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud environments, an understanding of cloud services, and a strong Linux command line understanding.  Looking for candidates with some variety of the skills listed below.
** Responsibilities:
** Workstation and Server support:
* Local Linux Desktop support
* Support local and remote “Cloud-in-a-box” infrastructure (Nutanix)
* Comfortable with hardware deployments and troubleshooting
** Cloud Infrastructure Management:
*** Manage and Maintain cloud-based resources (AWS)
* IPA* Puppet
* Documentation
* * Network support:
*** Support troubleshooting efforts for our cloud base network infrastructure
* Support/troubleshoot local network issues
*
* Qualifications:

* Required:

** Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ or CISSP) – must have or willing to get within 1-2  months of starting.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.* +/- 7 years of experience in server/desktop Linux system administration and network troubleshooting.
* Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and methodologies
* Willingness to learn new technologies
* Desired
* * Knowledge of Puppet, IPA, and Kubernetes
* Experience or understanding of “Cloud-in-a-Box” Solutions
* Experience with Ansible and scripting
