Job Overview
Manager, Network Reporting & Analytics will oversee the development of Frontier Airlines’ network planning reporting suite, metrics, and KPIs. The role ensures consistent metrics, fast access to refreshed data, and actionable insights for the network & capacity planning team and related stakeholders, supporting strategic decisions across the airline.
Key Responsibilities- Weekly & monthly reporting on network capacity, performance, and competitive metrics.
- Lead development and continuous enhancement of core network planning reports.
- Automate reporting processes to accelerate access to refreshed metrics.
- Identify recurring business questions and design new reporting solutions.
- Maintain data sources and build a trusted single source of data for the network planning team.
- Establish efficient processes integrating multiple data sources for fast, flexible analysis.
- Deliver rapid insights to support market‑condition responses.
- Develop and deploy AI agents to enhance and refresh reporting; detect changes, anomalies, trends; scale new data sources.
- Prepare executive‑level presentations communicating strategies, risks, and financial implications.
- Manage team workload and skill development.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Scheduling, Finance, Fleet, Operations, Airports, and Revenue teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related analytical field; a combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Master’s degree preferred in the same fields; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 5+ years in network planning, commercial strategy, fleet strategy, capacity planning, commercial analytics, airline analytics or business intelligence.
- 2+ years in data analytics, data engineering, programming, or other quantitative fields.
- 2+ years of direct people‑leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives without direct authority and influence decision‑making at senior levels.
- Expert proficiency in Databricks, SQL, PySpark, and related data‑manipulation languages.
- Advanced proficiency in dashboard and BI platforms, preferably Power BI; design intuitive, scalable dashboards.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Diio, and Sabre Schedule Manager or comparable scheduling tools.
- Strong data visualization skills to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of AI agents, including design, deployment, and application for automation, reporting, and decision support.
- Understanding of airline financial metrics and the impact of network decisions on performance.
- Familiarity with ULCC planning and scheduling philosophy, key drivers, constraints, and trade‑offs.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights, recommendations, and analytics to leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting, modeling, and scenario techniques.
- Knowledge of aircraft types and performance capabilities in network and scheduling contexts.
Standard office equipment including PC, copier, fax machine, and printer.
Work Environment & Physical EffortTypical office environment. Travel 1–2 times per year for core business duties. Physical effort generally not required.
Supervision ReceivedThe incumbent generally receives little instruction on day‑to‑day work, with general direction on new assignments.

Salary Range$100,104 – $132,870.
