Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead ERP-related initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. This role is not directly tied to the organization's SAP S/4

HANA transformation, but will support critical SAP based projects and related business initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a strong delivery-focused project leader with experience managing enterprise ERP projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving successful outcomes in manufacturing or regulated industries.

• Lead end-to-end ERP project delivery, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within scope, and within budget
• Manage SAP ECC-related initiatives and coordinate activities across business and technology teams
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reporting, RAID logs, and executive communications
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and drive decision-making across multiple functional groups
• Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks while developing mitigation strategies
• Partner with business leaders, functional teams, and technical resources to ensure successful project execution
• Support project governance processes and provide regular updates to leadership

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading enterprise technology initiatives
• Experience working within manufacturing or regulated industries
• Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple work streams
• Excellent communication and executive-facing presentation skills

• Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation programs
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments

Location Requirement: Candidates must be local to the Denver area and able to work onsite three days per week.
