Remote (hybrid optional in Denver) Full-time

The short version

Unburdn helps real companies actually adopt AI and not just talk about it in strategy decks. We run workshops, we coach leadership teams, and we build custom software centered on hard, measurable ROI. Our model is high-touch, relationship-driven, and built on a proven 7-stage system. We are not consultants who parachute in and disappear. We stay until it sticks.

We need an AI Partner Lead who can own a client portfolio from day one. Someone who can stand in front of a room of C-suite executives, run a full-day workshop without a script, and then show up 30 days later to make sure the work actually happened. Someone who understands that AI adoption is a cultural transformation, not a software install, and can make that case convincingly to skeptical leaders.

This is not a training or enablement role. This is a delivery role. You are the face of Unburdn to your clients.

What you'll do
  • Run workshops independently. You will lead our flagship in-person workshop for client teams and leadership groups. No co‑presenter. No safety net. Just you, the room, and the material. You will know it cold.
  • Own your client relationships. From kickoff through the 90‑day ROI review and beyond, you are the strategic partner. You build trust, you drive accountability, and you are the reason clients renew.
  • Drive adoption, not just awareness. Anyone can teach someone what AI is. You make sure they actually use it, build the habit, and get results. That is what our guarantee is built on.
  • Deliver the reinforcement cadence. Monthly sessions, check‑ins, use case labs: you keep clients on track and moving forward through the full engagement.
  • Spot and surface opportunities. You know your clients well enough to identify where a custom workflow or software build would drive outsized ROI. You bring that to the team and help scope it.
  • Collaborate with the COO and CEO. You operate with autonomy, but you are not alone. Strategy, pricing, and re‑scoping decisions are a team conversation.
What we're looking for
  • You are an operator, not a consultant. You have built and run things. You know what it feels like to be accountable to outcomes, not deliverables.
  • You can command a room. Executive presence is not optional here. You are presenting to CEOs, board members, and leadership teams. You need to earn their respect fast and keep it.
  • You understand AI at a practical level. You do not need to be an engineer. You do need to know how to use these tools fluently, explain them in plain English, and have credibility when someone asks a hard question.
  • You are relentless about follow‑through. Our whole model is built on accountability. If you are the kind of person who lets things slip, this is not the right fit.
  • You are comfortable with a performance‑driven culture. ROI is not a buzzword here. It is how we measure everything, including you.
  • You have done something like this before. Consulting, client success, training delivery, or enterprise sales at a senior level: something that proves you can manage complex client relationships and deliver.
