Intern Technical; MSP

About the Role

This part-time paid intern position will work closely with co‑workers, senior technical staff, and other support staff in a collaborative and engaging remote environment.

We are hiring for the following schedules:

• 1 position – Monday–Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern (29 total hours)
• 2 positions – Monday–Thursday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern (28 total hours)

There is some flexibility with the schedule.

You must live in the Denver, Colorado area to be eligible for this position.

• Learn about client environments and various technologies used therein.
• Work on environments utilizing the full breadth of cloud and on‑premise technology used in the legal industry, including cloud solutions from Microsoft, Mimecast, Net Documents, etc.
• Work closely with infrastructure and networking equipment from vendors such as Microsoft, Broadcom, and Cisco.
• Respond to tickets assigned or scheduled by the on‑duty dispatcher.
• Learn about our C.L.I.E.N.T. service pillars (Communicative, Listener, Initiative, Empathic, Nimble, and Tenacious) and incorporate them into ongoing work.

• Rising sophomore or junior in college.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interest in technology and related college major.
• Very organized and detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy and follow‑up.
• Strong problem‑solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Some experience with Windows desktop or server operating systems is preferred.
• Some experience with networking hardware and basics is preferred.

The base pay for this position is an hourly rate of $17.00. The offer will take into account a wide range of factors.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
