What You Will Do
- Lead IT and OT projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery and closure
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets
- Build and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Track progress against scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Provide regular project updates to leadership, including risks, issues, and key milestones
- Manage vendors and contracts, ensuring performance, accountability, and alignment to project goals
- Drive resource planning and proactively identify capacity gaps or constraints
- Maintain accurate schedules and reporting using tools such as Smartsheet or MS Project
- Ensure adherence to change management and governance processes
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in technical project management
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-moving environment
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet or MS Project
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams effectively
- PMP certification
- Experience with IT or OT environments
- Background in data center or infrastructure-focused organizations
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
- You stay calm under pressure and can balance competing priorities with ease
- You are proactive in identifying risks and solving problems before they escalated
- You are a strong communicator who can influence and align teams
- You are motivated by continuous improvement and delivering measurable results
