Description

About the Company

Ria Money Transfer is a business segment of Euronet Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: EEFT). We make it fast, reliable, and affordable for people to send money abroad. Ria has become one of the largest players in traditional remittances, and now we're focused making online money transfers simple and accessible to everyone.

About the Role

Location:

Denver, CO (Hybrid: Tue-Thu in office)

Department:
Product & Growth

Team Structure:
Leading a squad with 2 AI-Enabled SWEs + Dedicated UI/UX Designer

Role Type:
Technical Product Lead / Player-Coach

Ria Money Transfer (part of Euronet, NASDAQ: EEFT) is looking for a Growth Product Manager, Public Site to lead a specialized, high-velocity squad. We are not looking for a traditional administrator to manage tickets, but a hands-on builder capable of driving this cross-functional team (Engineers + Design) to ship faster, better, and with higher precision. You will own the public face of  "front door" to our global money transfer product.

This role requires a unique balance: you must possess the technical skills to prototype and build using modern AI tools, but also the maturity and judgment to ensure everything we ship meets the quality standards of a publicly traded financial institution.

What You'll Do

Lead an AI-Native Squad

You will lead two AI-enabled Software Engineers and partner with a dedicated UI/UX Designer.

Your role is to define the product, unblock the flow, and contribute directly to the codebase to keep momentum high.

* Prototype to Production:
Instead of writing static documents, you use AI tools (Cursor, Replit, Claude) to build functional prototypes. You validate ideas before your engineers spend hours hardening them for production.

* Speed with Precision:
You champion "vibecoding" workflows to eliminate friction. You help the team ship polished, high-quality features in days, not weeks.

Bridge Design & Engineering

* Partner, don't dictate:
You have a dedicated UI/UX Designer to craft the high-fidelity visuals, so you don't need to be a Figma wizard. However, you must speak their language.

* Maintain fidelity:
You are the guardian of the "last mile." You have the eye to spot when an implementation misses the design intent, and the technical ability to tweak the Tailwind classes or CSS yourself to get it right.

Own the Experimentation Architecture

You are the architect of our growth engine. You will design and execute A/B tests to improve conversion and acquisition.

* Scientific rigor:
You don't just "try things." You formulate data-backed hypotheses, ensure tracking is impeccable (Post Hog/Amplitude), and analyze results with statistical significance in mind.

* Risk Management:

You understand the difference between a low-risk content experiment and a high-risk flow change. You move fast on the former and exercise rigorous care on the latter.

Technical Stewardship & SEO

* Champion the site's technical health:
While your engineers own the complex architecture and performance optimizations, you care deeply about Core Web Vitals and semantic HTML.

* Handle the "Small Stuff":
You are hands-on enough to fix a tracking pixel, update a landing page copy, or tweak a component styling yourself, ensuring your engineers stay focused on complex value-add work.

Who You Are

* Fluent in web dev:
You understand code (DOM, React, API calls) and can read what your team writes. You respect that your engineers are the "native speakers" who own the architecture, but you are fluent enough to prototype ideas, debug issues, and hold your own in a PR review.

* AI-enabled:
You treat LLMs as a force multiplier. You know how to prompt effectively to generate clean code and speed up debugging, allowing you to seamlessly integrate into your squad's AI-accelerated workflow.

* Design-literate:
You don't need to be a designer, but you must have good product taste. You know what "good" looks like, you sweat the details on spacing and typography, and you can collaborate deeply with a creative partner without needing everything explained.

* Disciplined Doer:
You have a bias for action, but you measure twice and cut once. You understand that "fast" doesn't mean "sloppy," especially when dealing with a global financial brand.

Requirements

* Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrated ability to build and deploy web experiences. You must be comfortable navigating a React/Next.js codebase and using browser dev tools to debug.

* AI Workflow:
Experience using tools like Cursor, Replit, v0, or Claude to accelerate development workflows.

* Experience:

3+ years in digital product roles (Product Manager, Technical Founder, or Growth Engineer) where you had ownership of shipping to real users.

* Location:

Based in the Denver, CO area.

* Work Authorization:
Authorized to work in the US.

* Language:
Fluent in English. Spanish proficiency is a strong plus (for collaboration with global/LATAM teams).

Why This Role?

* The Setup:
You aren't fighting for resources. You have a dedicated squad of 2 AI-enabled engineers and a…
