Field Services Engineer

Compensation:$20-$23/hr, depending on experience

Location:The Woodlands, TX

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled
Field Services Engineer
to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide technical support for Microsoft products
• Utilize IT Ticketing System for issue tracking
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user problems
• Manage Active Directory accounts and passwords
• Set up network and applications for new employees
• Conduct on-call support rotations

Required Qualifications &

Experience:

• 2+ years of Desktop Support experience
• Proficiency in Windows 10 & 7
• Experience with Active Directory
• Problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have

Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of VMWare
• Experience with Outlook 2010 and Office 2010
