HelpDesk​/Desktop​/Technician engineer

Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 10-hour days (7 days total). This is a very short term role for 10 days. Dates:
Inventory Piece – June 8, 9, 10 (normal business hours). Dates:
June 15-20, possibly the 21st as well (10 hour days) may start at 11 a.m. some days and 9 a.m. on other days. There are 3 days of inventory and then 7 days of deployment.

Seeking experienced IT Field Technicians for a hardware refresh at Bank locations. Roles available for Phone, Laptop/Desktop, and General Hardware techs.

• Deploy and mount desk phones (wall and under-desk mounts)
• Set up and update laptops, desktops, tablets, and monitors
• Install surge protectors; transport equipment using floor carts
• Break down and dispose of boxes
• Scan and log inventory upon unboxing (2 techs per site for receiving)
• Take before and after photos at each workstation
• Follow all bank site protocols and security procedures

• Experience with IT hardware deployments in corporate/banking environments
• Ability to perform physical installation including wall and under-desk phone mounts
• Comfortable using inventory tracking applications
• Must pass background check and drug test
• Own standard hand tools
