YOUR IMPACT

As an OptimusAI Senior Data Science Analyst, you will help leading companies across the Energy and Materials sector unlock their full productivity potential using AI. You will collaborate in a dynamic, cross‑disciplinary team of 3‑6 experts, using your creativity and analytics expertise to enhance client performance in areas such as energy efficiency, product quality, and capacity. Your work will be side‑by‑side with client process engineers and analytics specialists, and you will communicate findings and solutions to executive audiences.

Throughout the engagement you will receive world‑class training in business problem structuring and client advisory, and you will work closely with senior manufacturing and analytics experts. You will experience rapid career growth with significant ownership and responsibility from day one in a collaborative, diverse, and non‑hierarchical environment, and you may travel to client sites locally and worldwide.

YOUR GROWTH

Driving lasting impact and building long‑term capabilities with our clients requires a high‑performance, high‑reward mindset – doing hard things, learning from setbacks, and persisting with resilience. In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever imagined.

  • Continuous learning: Our learning and apprenticeship culture, backed by structured programs, is all about helping you grow while creating an environment where feedback is clear, actionable, and focused on your development.
  • A voice that matters: From day one, we value your ideas and contributions. You will make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions while upholding our commitment to ethics and integrity.
  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 nationalities, our firm’s diversity fuels creativity and helps us deliver the best solutions for our clients.
  • World‑class benefits: In addition to a competitive salary (based on location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to support your holistic well‑being.

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in advanced analytics, ideally in heavy industry.
  • Ability to write clean and efficient code in Python; experience with cloud computing resources (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is preferred.
  • Ability to apply and advise on state‑of‑the‑art analytics, machine learning, and optimization techniques to derive business insights and solve complex problems.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and effective solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a flexible, multi‑disciplinary and agile working environment.
  • Track record of completing projects successfully on time and within scope.
  • Willingness to travel to other offices and/or client locations for short/long‑term assignments.
