Job Description Summary
Lead the strategic evolution and modernization of Transamerica’s digital experiences for its Protection Solutions businesses, including websites and digital capabilities for both intermediaries and end customers, and lead customer communications across Transamerica’s businesses.
Responsibilities- Develop the digital strategy and roadmap for Life Insurance, Annuities & Employee Benefits properties.
- Work with senior leadership to influence and optimize the initiative portfolio to achieve business goals.
- Lead customer communications and drive improvements to customer experience and expense savings through digitization and adoption of eDelivery and paperless correspondence.
- Translate the business strategy to create innovative digital experiences that drive target outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the CX & Marketing Center of Excellence, UX, CX Insights, Marketing, and other digital experience teams.
- Strategize with technology, legal, compliance, data & analytics, and business operations to design positive end-to-end experiences at all user touch points.
- Align with relevant technical teams in ongoing development and testing work across various properties.
- Lead large scale projects and cross-divisional collaborations.
- Manage, coach, and mentor staff; provide career development and training opportunities.
- Approve and manage budgeting, resource planning, and prioritization.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12 years of experience in the digital space.
- Eight years of management experience leading and developing teams.
- Expert knowledge of user-centered design and digital technologies relevant to the assigned focus area.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Change-management skills to adapt and lead others in a competitive digital environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 5+ years’ experience in financial services industry.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities.
- Experience in scaled agile product ownership / program leadership.
Hybrid role: 3 days in office.
SalaryRange: $177,000 – $200,000 annually. Position may be eligible for an annual bonus based on performance and company discretion.
