We are looking for an experienced Eloqua Architect with strong marketing automation expertise and hands‑on CRM integration experience. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Eloqua solutions, managing integrations with CRM platforms, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver effective lead management, campaign automation, and marketing technology solutions
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle Eloqua solutions aligned with business requirement
- Configure and optimize Eloqua components including campaigns, segments, forms, landing pages, scoring models, workflows, and automation program
- Design and manage Eloqua integrations with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), ensuring seamless lead flow, data synchronization, and governanc
- Define lead lifecycle processes including lead capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, nurturing, qualification, and handoff to sale
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, CRM, and Data teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solution
- Support CRM data model alignment including Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Campaigns, Opportunities, and custom object
- Troubleshoot integration issues, data quality challenges, and campaign execution problem
- Recommend best practices for Eloqua configuration, security, compliance, performance, and scalabilit
- Drive marketing automation roadmap, platform enhancements, and continuous improvement initiative
- Collaborate with development teams on APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing Automation with 4+ years in Oracle Eloqua architecture/desi
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Oracle Eloqua platform administration and configurati
- Experience integrating Eloqua with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce C
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing process
