A well-established, mission-driven fintech organization is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join its growing technology team. This company has been a leader in financial technology innovation for decades and continues to invest in AI automation, operational excellence, and scalable technology platforms that support financial institutions nationwide.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who wants ownership, visibility, and influence. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Technology, this position plays a critical role in driving automation, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining data integrity across the company's revenue and service platforms. This will be a hybrid, 3-day onsite/remote position located in either Irvine, CA or Denver, CO.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused—someone who can partner with business stakeholders while leveraging Salesforce and related technologies to streamline processes, improve reporting, and support scalable growth initiatives.
General Responsibilities- Own the administration, development, and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce as the company's primary revenue platform.
- Design and implement automation that improves lead management, opportunity progression, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales productivity.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and eliminate manual processes across the sales and customer lifecycle.
- Build and maintain scalable workflows, automation rules, integrations, and business processes within Salesforce.
- Develop dashboards, reporting, and analytics to provide visibility into pipeline health, conversion metrics, and business performance.
- Manage integrations with third-party platforms and assist with expansion of customer engagement and contact center technologies.
- Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, change management, and platform governance.
- Partner with leadership teams to leverage automation, analytics, and AI-driven capabilities that improve business outcomes.
- 4–6+ years of Salesforce Administration and/or Salesforce Platform experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting and optimizing Salesforce Sales Cloud environments.
- Strong experience building automation using Salesforce Flows, validation rules, workflows, assignment logic, and related platform tools.
- Experience improving sales operations, revenue processes, pipeline visibility, and business workflows.
- Experience managing Salesforce security, users, profiles, roles, permissions, and system configurations.
- Experience developing integrations with third-party applications, APIs, and business systems.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification, or the ability to obtain certification within six months of hire.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
