The Opportunity
CACI is seeking a highly talented Senior Systems Engineer to join our Fusion Analysis & Development Effort (FADE) team. As a key member of the team, you will work on critical U.S. Government missions, leveraging the latest technologies in Cloud Computing and Dev Sec Ops . You'll collaborate closely with agile development, mission engineering, infrastructure, site reliability engineering, and security teams to manage and track system changes as new capabilities are added.
The FADE team engineers solutions and develops capabilities that advance the tradecraft for intelligence analysis and warfighter support. We work directly with operational users to design, develop, and maintain capabilities that empower analysts to manage and fuse data from multiple sources of intelligence, supporting vital national security missions.
Responsibilities- Own the execution of our customer's and our mission partner's intelligence requirements on FADE
- Lead cross-functional teams executing special projects on high-visibility government priorities
- Collaborate with software developers, operations integrators, customers, and end-users
- Manage and update program technical documents
- Conduct technical briefings to the FADE Program Management Office (PMO) and government leadership to the O-6 level
- Serve as an Integration Factory Point of Contact
- Manage and monitor Agile metrics
- Assist in Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) development
Required:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field
- Active TS/SCI clearance (preferably with a recent polygraph)
- 7+ years of experience as a systems engineer or in a related field
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
- Understanding of software and systems engineering principles
- Demonstrated experience working with agile development methodologies
- Bias toward action on behalf of user needs
- Ability to collaborate, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks effectively and independently
- Experience with requirements management, system design, and integration activities
Desired:
- Experience managing projects of medium to high scale and complexity
- Understanding of the Intelligence Community's TCPED process
- Familiarity with geospatial data types, data fusion, and analytic methodologies

CompensationThe Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is $108, USD
