We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Denver, CO. In this role, you will plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid media platforms including Google Ads, Linked In, and Meta, while tracking performance against KPIs like CPA and ROAS.
You will own our conversion rate optimization (CRO) program, running A/B tests and turning analytics into action using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Salesforce, and Power BI. Strong collaboration skills and a proactive, curious mindset are essential, as you will partner closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns.

Responsibilities- Coordinate and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and the company website.
- Support the development and implementation of paid media strategies, including trafficking campaigns, audiences, and ad creatives on platforms such as Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Manage the deployment of marketing assets, ensuring that messaging and creative align with overall campaign goals and brand objectives.
- Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities, including website traffic, e-commerce sales, and lead generation, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Champion Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) by identifying opportunities, forming hypotheses, and executing A/B tests on landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital touchpoints.
- Maintain and utilize the marketing tech stack, including analytics platforms (Google Analytics), tag management systems, and data visualization tools to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all channels, such as website conversion rates, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), to guide strategy and budget allocation.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to stay informed of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Review performance dashboards (Looker Studio, Salesforce, Power BI) to derive insights and recommend actions that enhance the customer journey and marketing performance.
- This is a full-time, individual contributor role expected to work 40 hours per week, based in Denver, CO.
- Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).
- 2–3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with exposure to a variety of channels.
- Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
- Experience with data visualization platforms (Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar).
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets), including functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
- Familiarity with CRM or Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Hub Spot).
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like Word Press.
- Working knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
- Understanding of digital advertising concepts and attribution models.
- Demonstrated ability to use analytics to inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Adept at working in a fast‑paced environment and managing deadlines.
- A proactive and curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and optimization.
