As a Business Experience and Plan Specialist within PNC's Technology Strategy organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX, Birmingham, AL or Denver, CO.
This position is part of PNC’s Technology Strategy team within the Research & Intelligence function. The role is responsible for developing timely, actionable insights that help technology leaders understand market trends, peer activity, emerging capabilities, regulatory developments, and strategic opportunities. You will translate complex information into clear executive‑ready insights that inform strategy, prioritization, investment decisions, and business case development. We’re looking for someone who brings a blend of strategic thinking, analytical strength, and strong communication skills.

- Provide support and assistance for implementation and coordination of planning efforts for line of business initiatives.
- Demonstrate commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
- Identify more complex problems and provide advice and resolution in support of line of business initiatives.
- Partner with other departments or functional areas to support line of business initiatives.
- Independently collect data, conduct research and report on assigned line of business initiatives.
- Recommend and deliver best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for this role. Roles at this level typically require a university or college degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay TransparencyBase salary: $52,500.00 – $96,250.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
