Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training) About The Role

We’re looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to bring their deep healthcare IT knowledge to a new frontier — helping AI systems understand, reason through, and accurately handle complex clinical workflows and technical scenarios.
Your real-world expertise in hospital systems, EHRs, and clinical operations will directly shape how AI approaches healthcare technology problems. This is a unique opportunity to do meaningful work at the intersection of healthcare and artificial intelligence.

- Apply your clinical systems knowledge to evaluate and improve AI-generated responses related to healthcare IT scenarios
- Review AI outputs for technical accuracy, clinical relevance, and practical usability
- Identify errors, gaps, or unrealistic recommendations in AI-generated clinical systems content
- Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI better understand troubleshooting, system optimization, and clinical workflow translation
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems — including EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and how technical systems support them
- Skilled at translating between clinical needs and technical requirements
- Detail-oriented with the ability to assess quality and accuracy systematically
- Clear and confident written communicator
- No prior AI experience required — your healthcare IT background is what matters
- Experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with multiple EHR platforms or clinical application environments
- Background in system implementation, training, or technical documentation
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects with top research labs and teams
- Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule, 10–40 hours per week
