TRUEWERK is looking for a Net Suite Administrator based in Denver, CO. This individual will operate in a systems leadership capacity and will report to the I.T. Manager, partnering closely with key stakeholders across I.T., Operations, Sales Operations, and Accounting.

Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience supporting Net Suite in an ecommerce and inventory-driven environment, with a strong understanding of the business processes that Net Suite enables across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory management, and financial reporting. This role is responsible for ensuring Net Suite is configured, maintained, and continuously improved to support business growth, operational efficiency, and data accuracy.

Encompassing a highly collaborative style and a technological mindset, this person will support the elevation of the brand by optimizing workflows/scripting, improving reporting visibility, maintaining system integrations, and enabling scalable process improvements across the organization. Role & Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator for Net Suite, including user setup, roles/permissions, and access management

Provide day-to-day support for internal users by troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related requests

Maintain Net Suite configuration including forms, fields, lists, and custom records to support business needs

Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and usability

Partner with Operations, Sales Ops, and Accounting to gather requirements and translate business needs into system enhancements

Improve and document core workflows related to sales orders, fulfillment, purchasing, inventory, and billing

Identify inefficiencies, risks, or breakdowns in processes and drive solutions through Net Suite configuration and process changes

Support cross-functional alignment by communicating system changes, expectations, and best practices

Build and maintain saved searches, dashboards, and reports to support operational and financial decision-making

Ensure accuracy and consistency of master data (items, customers, vendors, locations, pricing, etc.)

Support data validation and ongoing data cleanup initiatives to improve reporting quality and business outcomes

Partner with Accounting to ensure clean financial posting behavior and consistent system controls

Configure and maintain Suite Flow workflows, approvals, and automation to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy

Support testing, validation, and deployment of new Net Suite features, configurations, automation and enhancements

Assist with Suite Script initiatives (hands-on where applicable, or by coordinating with internal/external resources)

Maintain change documentation and ensure updates are deployed with minimal disruption to the business

Support integrations between Net Suite and connected systems (Shopify, 3PL/WMS, Returns platforms etc.)

Monitor integration health, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate resolution with vendors or internal technical teams

Assist in evaluating and improving system connectivity to support growth and reduce operational friction

Create and maintain documentation for Net Suite workflows, configurations, and standard operating procedures

Train end users on Net Suite functionality and reinforce best practices across departments

Establish and support governance standards related to roles/permissions, naming conventions, workflows, and change management

Help ensure Net Suite remains scalable, secure, and aligned with TRUEWERK’s operational needs

Requirements

Must Have

3+ years of hands-on experience administering Net Suite in a business-critical environment

Strong understanding of Net Suite workflows across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and accounting impacts

Proven ability to gather requirements, translate them into system solutions, and manage enhancements through completion

Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive issues to resolution

Experience supporting cross-functional teams and balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Familiarity with Suite Flow workflows and approval processes. Experience with Suite Script is a plus.

Experience supporting or coordinating integrations between Net Suite and external systems (Celigo, Boomi, Far App etc..)
