• Serve as subject matter expert on Salesforce Agentforce for internal teams and enterprise customers, advising on use cases and implementation patterns.
• Act as escalation point for complex Agentforce project challenges, providing diagnosis and guidance.
• Lead technical design and development of Agentforce solutions, including agents, prompts, topics, actions, flows, and necessary Apex and SOQL code.
• Partner with customers and account teams to assess business challenges, identify use cases, develop detailed designs, and articulate business value.
• Lead and contribute to mentorship and enablement programs, creating technical content, documenting reference architectures, building reusable assets, and running internal training sessions.
• Maintain expertise on the evolving Agentforce product roadmap and generative AI landscape.
• Provide customer voice feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence product enhancements.
• Partner with GTM counterparts during pre‑sales activities for technical validation and scope definition.
• Manage multiple parallel client engagements, meeting a utilization target of 50%.

• Hands‑on Agentforce experience guiding customers in technology use.
• Salesforce AI Specialist certification and Agent blazer Innovator status required.
• Experience with AI‑related data integration technologies (RAG, vector databases, search indexes, knowledge bases).
• Strong knowledge of data management for structured and unstructured data within Salesforce ecosystem.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the LLM landscape and foundation models.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud certifications is a strong plus.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts with visual aids and documents.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy is preferred.
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification is preferred.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
