You will build collaborative relationships with design, development, content, and product teams;
leverage creativity, market research, and data to define test strategy and shape website growth initiatives. - Own the testing roadmap and drive website experimentation that improves conversion rates and measurably contributes to business growth.
- Use data to identify revenue‑driving content (customer stories, pricing, webinars) and deploy it strategically across key website touch‑points.
- Elevate website UX by partnering across teams to improve experiences for key audiences, including small business customers, enterprise customers, individuals, and partners.
- Optimize conversion paths, owning high‑intent landing pages, forms, and navigation flows to reduce friction at every step of the buyer’s journey.
- Grow traffic and conversion by creating engaging website content and experiences that align with marketing and business objectives.
- Partner cross‑functionally, aligning website tests and initiatives with broader business goals while shaping the overall experimentation strategy.
- Own measurement and reporting, building processes to track performance and key metrics and translating insights into growth recommendations.
- Drive multi‑product growth by leading experimentation across Checkr’s portfolio, designing and running tests that accelerate adoption and growth for newly launched products.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in website strategy, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving measurable growth through data‑driven strategies.
- Deep proficiency with web analytics and A/B testing platforms (VWO, Omni, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Hands‑on experience with content management systems (Storyblok, Word Press, or similar).
- Strong working knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, ABM, and others).
- Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus.
- An A‑player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.
