The Office of Information Technology seeks an IT Specialist (INFOSEC) (Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Analyst) who will lead intelligence‑driven detection, hunting, and response initiatives and serve as a subject‑matter expert for internal stakeholders and the broader cyber defense community.
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector, including paid, unpaid, and volunteer work through national service programs such as the Peace Corps or Ameri Corps. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date.

- Cyber Defense Analysis – uses defensive measures and information from various sources to identify, analyze, and report events that may threaten the network.
- Critical Thinking – considers multiple factors when making decisions and determining next steps.
- Technical Communication – translates technical information into non‑technical terms and conveys it accurately to end users and external parties.
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning – applies principles and tools to design or implement systems that perform human‑like intelligence functions such as neural networks, deep learning, natural language processing, and image recognition.
