Senior Vice President of Technical Services — United States Denver
Pax8 is hiring a Senior Vice President of Technical Services in the United States to unify enterprise technology services, lead a cohesive artificial intelligence roadmap, and raise the bar on partner and internal service delivery at scale.
Responsibilities- Shape and own a joined‑up artificial intelligence technology roadmap across engineering, partner support, and corporate applications.
- Lead the full Tech Services estate across IT operations and service delivery, engineering, product management, and corporate architecture, focusing on dependable execution and stronger service levels.
- Design an artificial intelligence‑augmented support model that improves partner experience, increases intelligent deflection, and helps support teams work faster and smarter.
- Stabilise and mature the Service Now environment so it becomes an enabler of delivery rather than a watch‑list issue.
- Build real visibility around the Tech Services portfolio, create a practical architecture review rhythm, and strengthen cross‑functional integration decisions.
- Develop and lead a senior leadership team that sets a high standard for clarity, accountability, consistency, and execution across a global organisation.
In this role, your work will help Pax8 move from fragmented technical ambition to coordinated execution, create a more predictable experience for teams across the business, and modernise partner support through smarter service design and better use of artificial intelligence.
Qualifications- Substantial leadership experience across enterprise technology services, owning broad operational scope and transformation delivery.
- Personal ownership of an enterprise artificial intelligence programme end‑to‑end, including adoption, governance, vendor decisions, and measurable outcomes.
- Proven success improving support operations through artificial intelligence, especially in ticket or call deflection and service quality.
- Strong judgement in balancing technical viewpoints and translating them into a single practical roadmap.
- Credibility across service management, technology operations, architecture, and engineering delivery, with meaningful experience in Service Now improvement or remediation.
- Considerable experience building or scaling global support capability, operator‑first style, bias for execution over ceremony.
- A collaborative leadership approach reflecting Pax8 behaviours: compassionate candour, understanding, reliable delivery, learning, and putting team first.
