Key Responsibilities:

AIOps Framework Development:

Design and implement an AIOps framework using AWS AI technologies to automate and enhance network operations.
Integrate machine learning models to predict network outages and optimize performance.

AWS Architecture Design:

Develop scalable and reliable AWS cloud architecture that supports AIOps initiatives.
Incorporate Amazon Bedrock for foundational AI models and Amazon Neptune for graph database solutions.

Agentic AI Integration:

Implement AWS AI agentic layers and frameworks to facilitate autonomous decision-making processes within network operations.

Technology Evaluation and Implementation:

Evaluate and incorporate AWS AI services such as
Sage Maker, Bedrock, and Comprehend into network operations.
Leverage AWS's ANO capabilities to automate network monitoring and management.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud architecture, with a focus on AWS.
- Proven experience in implementing AI/ML solutions
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, Sage Maker, Cloud Formation, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Neptune, and Amazon GNN.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools, including agentic AI frameworks.
