AIOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• AIOps Framework Development
  • Design and implement an AIOps framework using AWS AI technologies to automate and enhance network operations.
  • Integrate machine learning models to predict network outages and optimize performance.
• AWS Architecture Design
  • Develop scalable and reliable AWS cloud architecture that supports AIOps initiatives.
  • Incorporate Amazon Bedrock for foundational AI models and Amazon Neptune for graph database solutions.
• Agentic AI Integration
  • Implement AWS AI agentic layers and frameworks to facilitate autonomous decision-making processes within network operations.
• Technology Evaluation and Implementation
  • Evaluate and incorporate AWS AI services such as Sage Maker, Bedrock, and Comprehend into network operations.
  • Leverage AWS's ANO capabilities to automate network monitoring and management.

Qualifications:

• Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud architecture, with a focus on AWS.
  • Proven experience in implementing AI/ML solutions
• Technical Skills
  • Expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, Sage Maker, Cloud Formation, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Neptune, and Amazon GNN.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools, including agentic AI frameworks.
  • Python
