Look at data from projects and operations Figure out what it means (what's working, what's not, what's changing) Spot problems or unusual trends Turn numbers into insights that leadership can understand Create reports and dashboards to show the findings Explain the story behind the data to help teams make better decisions Must Have
Skills:
3+ years of Data Analyst experience and interpret results Explain trends and variances Provide actionable insights Translate data into business recommendations Support leadership decision-making Preferred:
Utility industry experience Regulated industry experience Capital project analytics Financial analysis Dashboard development Data visualization Executive reporting
