Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM) and HRIS Project Implementation Lead for a 12‑month contract assignment to support our enterprise transition to the global Dayforce HCM platform. As we refine and migrate our infrastructure and people/HR processes, this role bridges the gap between technical system capabilities, data integrity, and business readiness for multiple internal audience segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with IT and People Services work streams to support the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of legacy personnel data into Dayforce, ensuring data mapping aligns with future‑state system logic.
  • Execute comprehensive data validation protocols pre‑ and post‑load, conduct side‑by‑side system comparisons, spot‑checks, and parallel testing to ensure 100% accuracy of employee profiles, organizational structures, and historical records.
  • Establish and execute necessary auditing processes throughout the implementation lifecycle, document data discrepancies, track remediation efforts, and ensure all data handling adheres to internal compliance, SOX controls, and data governance standards.
  • Support the design and execution of the OCM framework tailored to People Services teams and the field organization to drive high adoption of Dayforce Core HR and employee/manager self‑service modules.
  • Help develop and support the project communication roadmap, draft stakeholder updates, company‑wide announcements, leadership briefs, and countdown‑to‑launch campaigns ensuring consistent alignment with strategic messaging across all media types and employee segments.
  • Conduct stakeholder readiness assessments to identify friction points during the migration, recommend and implement agreed‑upon proactive mitigation plans.
  • Design, write, and produce comprehensive Training Playbooks, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), video vignettes, and job aids tailored to different user personas (Field Crew Leads, Managers, HR Administrators).
  • Partner with People Services and operational teams to document "As‑Is" versus "To‑Be" HR workflows, ensuring all future‑state Dayforce processes are cleanly standardized, compliant with audit requirements, and published.
  • Facilitate interactive training sessions, "train‑the‑trainer" workshops, and hyper‑care office hours during the deployment and post‑go‑live stabilization windows with support from our Dayforce implementation partner.
Required Qualifications
  • Direct, hands‑on experience participating in large‑scale HRIS implementations. Deep familiarity with functionality and setup of HRIS modules – Onboarding, Core HCM, Performance, Compensation, Succession.
  • Proven experience supporting large‑scale data migrations, writing and executing data validation scripts, and establishing data auditing mechanisms during an HCM rollout.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing transformative change initiatives. Experience planning, creating, and delivering multi‑media training materials associated with that change to a multi‑segment, dispersed audience.
Skills and Abilities
  • Demonstrated experience structuring UAT scripts, managing testing data validation, identifying system bugs, and utilizing modern project tracking tools.
  • Experience working within telecommunications, construction, utilities, or engineering trades is highly preferred. Understanding how to construct training and communications that resonate with non‑desk/field‑based employees.
  • Proven portfolio of creating clear, concise corporate communications, business process workflows (Visio/Lucidchart), and high‑quality end‑user training documentation.
  • Exceptional empathy, active listening, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to rapidly turn complex technical system language and data concepts into simple, action‑oriented employee instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience acting as an HRIS Implementation Lead, Business Analyst, or OCM Consultant focused on large‑scale SaaS HCM rollouts.
