Required:

  • Minimum 5 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights
  • 5‑7 years’ experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
  • Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Holds active Workday Certification (Financials or Adaptive preferred)
  • May consider candidates with prior experience implementing TM1 Cognos, Anaplan, or Oracle EPM solutions
  • Experience leading medium to large scale Adaptive Planning (or similar) implementation projects
  • Experience with Adaptive in both development and administrative roles
  • Experience with automation and integration of Adaptive
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel
  • Extensive knowledge FP&A processes and activities
  • Prior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff)
  • Experience in pre‑sales activities, proposal development, presentations, and Demo's
  • Willingness to attend and present at orals

The estimated base salary range for this job is $145,000 - $170,000. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $164,000 - $204,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
