Their products are used to support complex, business-critical infrastructure, and this team plays a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the platforms customers depend on every day.
They're hiring an L3 Support Engineer to be the senior technical escalation point for their file storage platforms. You'll own the hardest problems that come through the support organisation, work directly with product and engineering teams, and contribute to long-term improvements in platform reliability. It's a great fit for someone who thrives on complex issues and wants a role where deep technical knowledge genuinely matters.
Whatthey're looking for:
- 5-10+ years supporting enterprise storage or file systems
- Strong Linux internals and system debugging skills
- Solid understanding of NAS/SAN protocols including NFS, SMB, and Fibre Channel
- Experience with high-performance or shared file systems and metadata management
- Familiarity with multi-tier storage architectures across SSD, HDD, tape, and cloud
- Scripting in Python or Bash is a plus
