Key Responsibilities for the Business Systems Analyst:

• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities

• Support system implementations, integrations, and enhancements

• Coordinate UAT, track defects, and validate system changes

Qualifications for the Business Systems Analyst:

• 5+ years of business systems analysis, business analysis, or related experience

• Strong experience with requirements gathering and documentation

• Hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
