Job Description- Lead and manage the Infrastructure Team, setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating professional development.
- Design, implement, and maintain the company's infrastructure on AWS, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- Manage various datastore backends such as MongoDB, Redis, and PostgreSQL, including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with development teams to automate and streamline operations and processes, promoting a Dev Ops culture within the organization.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment of applications.
- Ensure system reliability and recovery through proactive monitoring, alerting, and incident management.
- Implement and enforce security best practices for cloud infrastructure and data stores.
- Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in Dev Ops and cloud services, recommending improvements to current systems.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to infrastructure architecture and deployment processes.
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or Manager in a Dev Ops environment.
- Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its various components.
- Strong knowledge of managing datastore backends, including MongoDB, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex systems in a dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
