Senior SAP Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales Specialist

- Develop and execute the GTM strategy for SAP workloads in the United States collaboratively with internal AWS SAP teams, SAP partners, and external partners.
- Collaborate with field teams – Sales specialists, Partner sales, Marketing, Demand Generation, and other Specialists – to drive SAP workload adoption (migration, data, and GenAI).
- Drive co‑sell initiatives with SAP for SAP RISE on AWS, SAP BTP, and SAP SaaS products.
- Leverage deep SAP expertise to understand critical customer challenges and enable account‑aligned teams to solve them.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives to expand markets and accounts, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities directly with customers, partners, and AWS field sales teams.
- Set and achieve long‑term growth goals for the U.S., meeting or exceeding revenue and non‑revenue KPIs.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to global teams to inform product development and service improvements.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews and operational planning documents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key SAP executives and partners in the region.
- Work closely with AWS product teams to ensure services meet SAP customers’ needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, with a strong focus on SAP S/4
HANA. - Experience in modeling complex business scenarios.
- 5+ years of selling SAP solutions, co‑selling with SAP, and negotiating with SAP for win‑win deal pursuits across value, technical architecture, and commercials.
- Knowledge of SAP RISE, SAP ERP Cloud (Private and Public), SAP Business Technology Platform, and SAP Joule, and ability to articulate the value proposition of SAP products in the cloud.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, understanding of best practices, and ability to build trust.
- Preferred: 4+ years of implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions with a focus on SAP S/4
HANA.
Base salary range:
- USA, CO, Denver – $ – $ USD annually
- USA, IL, Chicago – $ – $ USD annually
- USA, TX, Austin – $ – $ USD annually
- USA, VA, Arlington – $ – $ USD annually
Additional compensation includes sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
