• Own end-to-end design and delivery for complex projects with emphasis on usability and accessibility where applicable.
• Coordinate client engagements, implement solutions, facilitate training and go-live activities, and ensure customer success metrics.
• Provide software development, testing, and documentation for moderately to highly complex application programs in line with standards.
• Support data collection, property data accuracy, data conversion, testing, and stakeholder communications as part of solution life cycles.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), data management, and modern software development practices is desirable depending on the role.
